Why did I do it?
When I first joined the Aquanaut Training Centre in Kingston I met Adam Raman and Keith Fyfe.  They seemed pleasant guys with a real passion for diving.  Soon, however, I was to experience their dark side and their offer of temptation to explore the undersea world - from under the ice.

At first when they asked me if I was interested in joining the trip to Russia my immeidate thought was "No Way - thanks but you must be mad!".  After being asked a few times I reluctantly said yes always thinking at the back of my mind that it would not come off.  How foolish was I.....

Five months after saying yes and lots of money later I was on my way to Heathrow airport with no turning back.
